In 1972, our senior year of high school, my friend Nino King wrote lyrics for a 'rock opera' that tells the historically accurate story of the 1692 Salem Witch Trials. He asked me to write the music and I completed eleven of the twentyfour songs. Fast forward to 2012, when we reconnected at our high school's 40th reunion. I became inspired to complete the composition effort and record them using today's technology. The results are the recordings presented here. The first track, Overture - Something to Do - The Problem, is performed by Jynx, a band we put together to bring the work to life. The recording (without vocals) was engineered by Les Harrison and captured as a single take in 1972 in my parents' living room. I've added my own voice to finish it. The remainder of the songs are performed solely by myself, using updated recording and production efforts, starting in 2016 and completed in January of 2018.
